HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH AUTO MINISTRY INCORPORATED?

The first thing you need to do to qualify for our benefits and services is to be a qualified missionary, mainly, (but not limited to) those serving through the Southern Baptist Convention, or closely associated with it. If you are not sure you meet the qualifications, please contact us for help.

Next, please fill out the appropriate application forms with as much information as possible. Leave blank those items that may affect your status in foreign countries and foreign telephone numbers. We currently do not Skype.

Before you will be allowed to drive an Auto Ministry Inc. vehicle, please complete and sign an “Authorization For Drivers Record Check" in the "Application" section.

Our insurance requires that you have a valid drivers license issued in the USA and be at least 25 years of age. Drivers licenses issued in other countries, international drivers licenses, and temporary drivers licenses issued in the USA cannot be accepted due to our insurance regulations. Please contact us to help if you are not sure if you qualify.

Finally, let me say that we are currently a very small organization and may not be able to help you in a timely fashion or have the funds to help. My prayer is we will grow as GOD blesses us. It is entirely up to HIM!

What Happens Once My Application Is Submitted?

The first thing we will do is check your qualification for benefits according to our by-laws and insurance requirements. Next, we inform you of your status and help you understand all your options. Together we will determine an appropriate course of action that we all agree will be best. The Board of Directors prayerfully considers all current requests and fulfills as many as possible with available funds and available vehicles. We will inform you of our decision as soon as possible.
